Our Story

Born to Revive That Warmth

Spices were ground by hand, ingredients were chosen with care, and every dish was given the time it deserved.

That is the warmth Chulha Chauka was born to bring back. We cook the way our grandmothers did — in clay handis, on a real chulha, with a patience no modern kitchen allows. Nothing is rushed, nothing is shortcut, nothing is added that does not belong.

Every handi that travels from our chulha to your home carries that heritage. The same clay, the same hand-ground spices, the same quiet care that turns a meal into a memory. It is our tradition, handed to you with love.

From our chulha to your home, with love.

The Experience

The Chulha Chauka Experience

01

Traditional Clay Handis

Unglazed clay draws out a depth that steel never can. It is the oldest utensil in our kitchen — and still the one that holds flavour closest to its heart.

02

Hand-Ground Spices

Cumin, coriander and black pepper, ground by stone in small batches. The oils wake up only this way, and every aroma in the pot begins here, by hand.

03

Fresh, Every Morning

Meat, herbs and produce chosen fresh each day. Freshness is not a step we skip — it is the first promise of every recipe we follow.

04

The Warmth of a Home Kitchen

What leaves our chulha is exactly what we would place on our own family table. No corners cut, no shortcuts taken — only food we trust enough to share.

05

Sealed With Dignity

Premium packaging that holds the aroma, the heat and the pride of the dish intact, all the way from our chulha to your door.

06

Made With Love

Cooked as though family is arriving. That intention is what people recognise before they can name it — and remember long after the last bite.

Reviews

What Our Customers Say

Got the mutton handi for a dawat at home and honestly did not expect much from a home kitchen. Pata nahi kya magic hai but the meat was falling off the bone and the gravy had that proper degi taste we grew up with. Even my mother in law asked for their number.

Ordered the beef handi last weekend for my in laws. Thora skeptical tha because everyone claims traditional food but this actually tasted like daadi ka banaya hua. Portion was generous, packaging was clean, and it came still warm. Will order again inshallah.

Sustainability

Give Your Matka a Second Life

Every Chulha Chauka handi is crafted from natural clay and deserves a life beyond the dining table. Inside your package you will find a few seeds.

Instead of discarding your clay matka, fill it with soil, plant the seeds, water them, and watch something beautiful grow.

A small plant may not change the world — but together, thousands of them can.

  1. 1Fill your clay matka with good-quality soil.
  2. 2Plant the seeds about 1-2 cm deep.
  3. 3Water gently without overwatering.
  4. 4Place the matka where it receives sunlight.
  5. 5Nurture it and enjoy watching it grow.

One Handi. One Plant. One Greener Tomorrow.

Thank you for helping us give every clay handi a second life.
